Driving Finance 4 Business unveiled a new ownership structure with Managing Director David Pinnington and Directors Melanie Johnson and Paul Atkinson taking the helm.

Pinnington succeeded Russell Martin as Managing Director of Finance 4 Business in March of this year, after joining the Birmingham-based company in 2017, and now has partners Johnson and Atkinson by his side – as well as a new investment by investor shareholder Darryl. Eales, former managing director and most recently advisory chairman of private equity firm LDC.

“It has been a memorable year for us, with the launch of the ARMCO group, of which we are a part, giving us access to synergistic services such as business support, land supply and development and insurance services. – allowing us to offer our clients a truly holistic approach to a range of scenarios in an increasingly complex business landscape, ”said David Pinnington.

“We believe this has significantly improved our offering and contributed to our success. This, combined with the expertise and experience of Melanie and Paul, who have worked for Finance 4 Business under the ownership of Russell Martin for over a decade, means that we are a strong team to move the business forward. .

He added, “We will continue our mission to help investors, developers and businesses capitalize on the opportunities that arise in the real estate market.

Finance 4 Business offers specialized mortgage loans, bridge financing and development financing.

As the founder of Finance 4 Business created 15 years ago, Russell Martin remains a shareholder.

He said: “Finance 4 Business was my original baby and I am proud of what I have accomplished over the years to make it the company it is today.

“But it is time to fully hand the reins over to David, Melanie and Paul, who have been a major ingredient in the recipe for success and will continue to drive the business forward, responding to a rapidly changing market.”

Finance 4 Business also unveiled a new brand identity, to signify the new phase of the business.
