Marechale’s services are primarily aimed at hospitality and renewable energy companies in the UK and Europe. His clients include Corbin & King, Hawksmoor and Brewhouse & Kitchen.
As part of the terms of the subscription, Johnson will be entitled to join the board of directors of the company, subject to due process, and has entered into an orderly 12 month market agreement regarding the divestiture of any shares. .
