Auto finance company Oodle has named Richard Gaskin as CEO designate.
Oodle founder Jonny Clayton will remain on the Oodle board as a non-executive director. He will remain as CEO for a period of three months until the regulatory approval process for his successor is completed.

Gaskin recently spent three years as COO of Comorian, a fund administration company and previously spent seven years as CEO of Bank BPH in Poland.
Earlier in his career, Richard held various senior positions in the UK in automotive finance, including as Managing Director of GE Capital UK (Auto) and CEO of Ford Motor Credit (Ireland).
Gaskin said: “I have worked in the financial services and automotive industries for thirty years and it is clear that Jonny and the team at Oodle have built a really exciting and dynamic business.
